1920s Ludwig 6.5x14 10 tube lug snare drum with the awesome 2 piece shell with soldered bearing edges.
Drum started life as a Super Ludwig and was converted many years ago to have a standard Ludwig strainer and but plate. a muffler was added originally with 3 holes and now has a two hole Ludwig verson.
Shell is in nice shape. heads fit on easily and drum tunes up great.
original hoops are brass and fit well.
I belive 12 tension rods and clipsvare original and 8 have been replaced but are nickel and older as well.
Throwoff holds well and drum is ready to played.
