This original 1971 Sony SS-100A has been converted into a passive guitar cabinet while retaining its original 6.5-inch-class Sony full-range speaker.
The original Sony driver delivers tight bass, smooth mids, and clear highs with excellent overall balance. It handles clean tones beautifully while remaining composed with edge-of-breakup, overdrive, and fuzz.
The cabinet retains its original walnut-look finish and grille cloth and now has a standard 1/4-inch speaker input for connection to a guitar amplifier.
