This is a DW 5000 series double chain single bass drum pedal. This is my personal pedal — used primarily for church worship, then stored at home since I stopped playing regularly. No smoke, no pets, indoor climate-controlled storage. Action is very smooth with virtually no friction — I've recorded video demonstrating this: the pedal sits snugly on the bass drum hoop with zero shifting or slipping, holds completely stable even under fast sliding doubles, and after taking my foot off entirely, the beater keeps swinging freely for a good 15 seconds — a strong sign the bearings and hinge are still in excellent shape with minimal drag.

Condition: Excellent — some light dust accumulation from storage and minor scratches consistent with normal use. No structural issues, no looseness, no play in the hinge or chain, springs and tension adjustment work smoothly.
