This 1992 Strat Plus body was the top of the line Strat coming out of the Fender factory in the early 1990s. These were high end guitars that had Lace Sensor pickups, premium Alder wood (this one looks to be 2 piece, center seam) and a Hipshot Tremsetter that allowed more stabilty when using the tremolo (additional holes shown). This one is a fantastic Relic body that has all the age and use that makes a good guitar great, but NO breaks or repairs. It's as solid as the day it left the factory in the summer of 1992.
