This is a vintage, legendary ADA MP-1 Preamp. This unit is a 1.38 Eprom Version with the C Board Revision from the late 80s. This unit is in great working order and operates flawlessly with no issues. This listing is for the MP-1 only. Nothing else pictured is included.
See the photos in my rack. The front face is clean and looks nearly perfect. There is some rack rash on the top and bottom of the unit but that’s to be expected. The back of the unit is perfect with no broken jacks or a shortened power cord as many of these vintage units have.
No modifications whatsoever to this bad boy. The input jack was replaced long ago by ADA before they closed for good in the mid-nineties. One of the level knobs on the back of the unit is missing the front cap. That’s it as far as anything worth noting.
I restored this to the factory presets and as you‘d imagine, the tones are ripping.
Get this one while you can.
