Wonderful/discontinued 18 year old Gibson SG w/ P-90s, based on the classic late 60s SG Specials played by the likes of Pete Townshend. Spiral Stairs of Pavement has also been playing these during the band's 2020s reunion tours.
Growling P90s & cherry finish with minor evident playwear as shown. Guitar has been gigged lovingly and appears all original. Original frets w/ factory fret nibs, no discernable fret wear. Truss rod is in great shape and functional. One tone knob has a small chip in the plastic, both volume knobs have been changed by a previous owner to black speedknobs.
Truss rod cover does show some wear - At one point, it looks like a previous owner tried to black out the truss rod's "Classic" marking. The guitar came to me with a faded dark-blue hazy tint over the white lettering. While attempting to get that dried Sharpie haze further removed, I accidentally took some of the original white text as well by using a little too much pressure on a q-tip w/ cleaner.
Includes the sought-after 90's/00's Canadian-made Gibson USA Brown & Pink hardcase with the shroud intact. No funky smells, non-smoking home, etc.
