PRS Private Stock #11893 Special Semi-Hollow - Walnut & Swamp Ash #410895

The PRS Private Stock #11893 Special Semi-Hollow is a stunning example of Paul Reed Smith's uncompromising craftsmanship, combining exceptional tonewoods, elegant appointments, and remarkable versatility into a truly one-of-a-kind instrument. Finished in a natural Satin Nitro lacquer, this Private Stock masterpiece showcases a beautifully figured walnut top with a single F-hole over a resonant swamp ash back, creating a visually striking instrument with a lively, articulate voice and enhanced acoustic character.

The combination of a walnut top and swamp ash body delivers a balanced tonal palette with warm mids, tight lows, sparkling highs, and outstanding clarity. The semi-hollow construction adds an airy resonance and natural openness, making the guitar equally at home delivering pristine cleans, expressive blues, classic rock, or high-gain lead tones. Weighing just 6 lbs. 12 oz., it offers exceptional comfort while remaining incredibly responsive in the hands.

A roasted curly maple neck carved to PRS's comfortable Pattern Thin profile is paired with a sleek ebony fingerboard, creating a fast, effortless playing experience with exceptional stability and snap. White Mother of Pearl side dots provide subtle guidance, while striking Red and White Spiney bird inlays outlined in White Mother of Pearl elevate the instrument's unmistakable Private Stock aesthetic. The walnut headstock veneer is adorned with a matching Red and White Spiney Private Stock eagle inlay outlined in White Mother of Pearl, while the exclusive White, Black, and Gold Mother of Pearl Eddie's Eagle heel inlay adds a distinctive finishing touch.

Electronics are equally impressive, featuring a pair of PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions with a Narrowfield middle pickup. Controlled by one volume, one tone, two mini switches, and a 5-way blade switch, this versatile configuration delivers an extraordinary range of tones, from warm vintage-inspired humbucker sounds to sparkling single coil textures and everything in between.

Premium appointments complete this exceptional build, including a Smoked Black and Gold PRS Gen III tremolo bridge, PRS Phase III locking tuners with elegant ebony buttons, a bone nut, walnut truss rod cover, matching swamp ash backplates, and PRS Signature .010 gauge strings. Housed in its Private Stock Brown Paisley case, PRS Private Stock #11893 is a remarkable instrument that blends boutique artistry, world-class playability, and extraordinary tonal versatility into a guitar worthy of the Private Stock name.
