These don't come along for sale very often if ever. Serial #26 of the Mammoth Cave Audio WMQ-4. BUILT LIKE A TANK. The Wooly Mammoth Quad from Mammoth Cave Audio is a passive four-channel harmonic generator and mojo box built around audio transformers.

• Transformer Types: Uses four distinct transformer channels featuring iron (Carnhill/NEVE), nickel (Cinemag), steel (Edcor), and NOS dual-core options.
• Circuitry: Includes germanium diodes paired with an "oxidation" control for analog saturation.

Unit was fully tested. Check out the circuitry inside this thing! Some switches knobs need a little exersize from lack of daily use, but it sounds as awesome as it looks and adds fullness to your sound as well as 2 circuits of germanium diodes for subtle or extreme distortion. This unit works great for tracking as well as on a mix bus or as inserts. It's completely passive, but you can add a Boss power supply and the LEDs will light up on the front just for added cool factor.
