The vintage Morley EVO-1 Echo Volume is a rare 1970s electro-mechanical guitar pedal combining an electrostatic oil-can delay with an active volume control. It delivers lush, watery, and ambient analog echoes housed in an iconic industrial chrome steel chassis.

With the canned description out of the way, I can explain the beauty of this pedal in greater detail. I originally acquired this pedal as a project as it was not functioning when I purchased it. The belt was missing and the owner did the right thing by not turning it on in fear of the drum being dry and potentially damaging the anodized disk. when I got this on my bench, I was shocked what a little cleaning showed me. As I dove deeper I discovered the old belt had broken and was in the bottom of the compartment. I meticulously removed the lid (side) of the can and found that the oil level was still good and the disk and wipes were in perfect condition. I went ahead and cleaned all components and got the pedal put back together and fired her up - the glory of tones started to emanate!

Along with this museum quality pedal, the buyer will also receive the container of correct oil as well as the original broken belt and a secondary belt I purchase in the event the first did not work (Have not tested second belt). The packaging for the current belt will also come along in the event it needs to be re-purchased.
