1998 Gibson Blues Hawk with rare Maestro tremolo
The Gibson Blueshawk with Maestro (model DSBH) is a 1997–2000 semi‑hollow “blues machine” featuring a gold‑plated tune‑o‑matic bridge, Maestro tremolo, and two Blues 90 pickups with hum‑cancelling dummy coil.
Body & Build: Semi‑hollow poplar body with maple cap, two f‑holes, 25.5" scale length
Neck & Fretboard: Mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, 22 frets
Pickups: Two creme‑colored Blues 90 P‑90‑style pickups with hum‑cancelling dummy coil
Electronics: 3‑way pickup selector, 6‑position Varitone switch, master volume/tone
Hardware: Gold‑plated tune‑o‑matic bridge with Maestro tremolo, gold hardware, blackface peghead with pearl double‑diamond inlay.
Finish has some light fine scratches and some dull spots....Frets have plenty of life. Plays and sounds fabulous.
Weight: around 7 lbs.
Comes with nice Gibson hard case. Also included will be a fresh set of Ernie Ball 9's. If you prefer 10's let us know.
