Really cool pre cbs 1964 mustang. This one has had a body refinish. I am fairly certain the neck finish and decal is original but I can’t be 100% on it as I didn’t get any confirmation when I purchased it from the music store I got it from.

The clear on the face of the headstock has a bit of peeling as well which also leads me to believe that is original.

The body refinish does look really well done. not sure who did it but looks like a professional refinish to me.

Neck date is November 1964 with an A nut width neck.

Pickups I checked and are stamped December 1964

pots and switches seem to all be original

tuners seem original as well

Everything seems to be correct with a pre cba 1964 mustang

plastic knobs have been swapped and string tree. Not sure if this is the original pickguard.

i will happily take apart the guitar and send pictures of the internals for the next buyer of this. Unfortunately I forgot to snap some pics when I checked it out For myself.

Case looks to be a vintage Correct Mustang case but not sure if it’s the original.

No trem

Frets are low as expected with a vintage instrument but not the worst ive seen.
