Dual-Source Capture & Blending

A piezoelectric co-polymer under-saddle pickup and a miniature omni-directional electret condenser microphone work independently, each feeding its own volume control. The microphone sits in a special absorptive visco-elastic polymer shock mount that isolates it from vibration noise while letting you dial in room tone and body resonance. Two lightweight, low-profile knobs let you adjust master volume and microphone level separately, giving you precise control over the blend.

Electronics & Feedback Control

An 18-volt, low-noise, high-input impedance preamp delivers twice the dynamic range of typical 9-volt systems, powered by two AA batteries. The microphone channel includes two stages of low-frequency roll-off to combat low-frequency feedback, while full coverage copper shielding protects the pickup from external electromagnetic noise. Stereo wiring is available to keep the pickup and microphone channels completely separate through your mixing or amplification chain.
