USA-made Fender American Special Stratocaster in excellent condition. Lightweight and well-balanced, weighing in at 7 lbs, 6.4 oz. on a kitchen scale, low action and plays great.

- Fingerboard: Dark, dense Rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5" radius and 22 Jumbo frets (zero fret wear).
- Headstock: Classic 1970s-style large headstock.
- Bridge: 6-saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo. Includes the original tremolo tension spring inside the block (taped for shipping) to eliminate arm play and slop.
Electronics & Tonal Versatility:
- Pickups: Factory-installed Fender Texas Special single-coils (overwound for punchy midrange, clear highs, and tight bass).
- Greasebucket Tone Circuit: Rolls off high frequencies without adding bass or rolling into a muddy, muffled sound.
- Dedicated Tone Control Wiring:
- Top Tone Knob: Dedicated exclusively to the neck pickup (Positions 4 & 5).
- Bottom Tone Knob: Dedicated exclusively to the bridge pickup (Positions 1 & 2).
- Allows you to dial the bridge pickup from a clean, cutting lead tone down to a warm, woody response without muddying the rest of your settings.
