I purchased this guitar from my local Guitar Center. The guitar was listed as used but still had the clear plastic to protect the pick guard and on the back. The Junior Collection of guitars and bass are made in Japan for the Japanese market. The guitar has a 24" scale length (short scale) and a body that is slightly smaller. The body is basswood with a maple neck and rosewood finger board. Weight is a little over 7 pounds. Nut is made of bone and is 42mm (1.650 inch) wide. The finger board has 22 tall, narrow frets and a 9.5 inch radius. Neck is considered to be shaped as a modern C. The pickups were designed specifically for this guitar. Has a two point synchronized tremolo bridge with steel saddles. Controls are traditional with a 5 way selector switch, a master volume knob, and two tone control knobs. The condition is excellent with no dings. Build quality is very good. Professional set up by West Music in Davenport. The Gator soft case, Fender strap with strap locks, and tremolo bar is included. The stand in the picture is not included.
