Gibson J-160E

This is a fantastic playing and sounding guitar. I bought it from an instructor at the New York in about 2015. I had the guitar extensively serviced by G Cleland of Las Vegas. There were no neck repairs this guitar. The headstock and the heel are all in good shape. The neck is nice and straight. Front porch in good shape and the condition of the frets are good. You can see there’s 61 years of finish crazing on the guitar that in my opinion, looks fantastic. And not like a overpriced in new Gibson. The luthier professionally repaired the wider splits on the back, and there are no issues with that. The original pot and quarter inch jack and Ridge insert are included. Very high-quality parts were put back in the guitar, as well as a switch that pops out on the trouble control which activates another pick up install installed in the inside of the guitar. Again, no modifications were made to the guitar to do this. The pick up takes it beyond just a beetle guitar to something much more versatile.
The guitar comes with the original case, which is very cool. The original cases don’t provide as much protection as new cases will, so I will make sure to do everything I can to protect it on the inside of the case as well as packing it.
