Yamaha HS5 Speaker - Mint physical condition, woofer sometimes rattles.
Will ship in original packaging, with owner's manual, original AC cord, and 1 speaker cable approx 7 feel long.
The woofer sometimes rattles and could stand to be replaced.
A replacement woofer can be purchased for around $40USD. The part number is Yamaha YE739A00. There are YouTube videos showing how to replace a woofer in these speakers.
This problem with the woofer has been factored into the reduced listing price of the unit, which except for the occasional woofer rattle is in immaculate condition and function perfectly.
I used this speaker as part of a pair for several years in my smokefree home studio as a modern active alternative to my vintage Yamaha NS10s.
Again, I have set the listing price low to allow for the woofer issue.
