Selling an original 1969 Gibson Eb-1 Electric Bass. These are fun short scale (30.5”) basses with a classy look. This one was sent to Gibsons restoration department in the late 90’s to have its neck and headstock refinished. I’d assume this one had some finish issues like you see on a lot of 69 Gibson headstocks. Tuners are also not original. There is no headstock repair although there is an unfortunate checking line on the back of the headstock (happy to take more photos). Telescoping stand on bottom still working. The bass plays well and sounds great and will make someone very happy to own. It includes the 90’s gibson hardshell case shown, as well as the pickguard.
