A beautiful Gibson Les Paul Standard ’50s finished in classic Tobacco Burst, showcasing a gorgeous figured maple top and all of the appointments that have made the Les Paul one of the most iconic guitars ever built. Featuring a non-weight-relieved mahogany body, carved AA figured maple top, rounded ’50s Vintage neck profile, Burstbucker 1 & 2 pickups, and hand-wired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors, this guitar delivers the unmistakable look, feel, and tone of a golden-era Les Paul.
This example is in excellent condition, showing only a few faint finish swirls that are only visible under certain lighting. The neck is straight, the action is comfortable, and it plays effortlessly up and down the fretboard. It sounds every bit as good as it looks, with warm, articulate cleans and the classic Les Paul punch and sustain.
