I've only used this sort of headphones a few times, I'm selling it because I have another pair that I like to use. This pair of headphones has no defects. It has never been dropped. There is a little scratch where the metal has rubbed against each other and that is shown in the photo.
The company did a version 2 of the set of headphones with an improved EQ and this is the latest version
