Ashbury Bass Ukulele GR35060

A wonderful little bass , ideal for open mikes & jam session with other ukelele players .

this rates as high as the more expensive makes.

sound is amazing , particually through an amplifier , just like a double bass , i wouldn't recommend slap playing , though you maybe better at that .

its only a short neck & the strings are rubbery / silicone/ plastic , they feel like rubber bands , but that is the secret of the beautiful deep bass sound . Real double basses would use gut strings & this emulates that idea , without the tension .

it is an electro acoustic instrument & has eq / tuner.
