Just back from a rebuild/upgrade from my experienced local tech - Marantz 2245 Champagne face stereo receiver. Serial number 4243. This is one of the first 4000 made so it is rare and has the embossed lettering versus later models with printed on lettering. The faceplate is not perfect but very presentable. Here is what was done:
New rebuild kit with about 100 parts replaced (see photos) , New power switch, new cool blue LESs and dial pointer lights, new velum paper, new relay, new non marking plastic feet, all pots and switches cleaned and lubricated and receiver was biased. Ships to continental US only.
