I have gigged with this amp a few times. This amp has incredible tone and plenty of head room for whatever bar or medium sized club. I cannot think of when I have needed more from it, even when needing a competent amp for an outdoor surf jam. This amp sings! I have two of these amps and, well I need to let one go. The reverb simply drips from these amps. There is an additional dwell control and I was happy to have it when playing lead for my surf band. The amp is in perfect condition. About the builder: I once needed to fix the tremolo on the amp I am keeping (no issues with the “35”), and took it to my repair person. We called Mr. Hayes and he sent out a free replacement part immediately! He’s a really nice guy and makes great amps.

This is the 35 edition. It’s a hand-wired, tube amp modeled after the Vibrolux.
