I built this bass last summer. The body is a piece of cherry that I cut and shaped by hand. The neck is a Fender licensed short scale bass neck. Tuners are genuine Fender, bridge and electronics are from a Squier Bronco Bass. It needs a little bit of work to get the action just right, and the body has a couple of uneven spots, but all in all a great short scale bass. I have light Ernie Ball flatlands on it and it plays great!
