Powers on, Capstan motor works and is not sticky from old grease, FF and Rew work, heads cleaned, pinch roller cleaned & lubed, capstan motor cleaned / residue from old belt cleaned off as well as capstan. The unit needs a new belt, therefore I could not preform a Playback or record test.
