Getzen 4047ET Custom Reserve Tenor – Factory Direct Show/Demo Horn

No matter how hard we try, from time to time mistakes happen and an instrument not up to our standards makes it through the factory.  Rather than investing more time and resources into fixing a cosmetic blemish, we have decided to turn our mistake into your opportunity.

This is a brand new, 4047ET “Enzo Turriziani” model Custom Reserve tenor trombone in bright lacquer.  There is a series of surface pits in the bell seam near the serial number.  These pits are purely cosmetic and have no impact on the durability of the seam or the play of the trombone.

This trombone is being sold in “As Is” condition with full warranty coverage for everything but the cosmetic defect.

Bore Size: .547” bore

Tuning Slide: Sheet yellow brass, single radius bow

Handslide: Solid nickel silver cork barrel assembly; Hand straightened nickel silver inside tubes (chrome plated with barrel shaped stockings); Hand straightened, yellow brass outside tubes with nickel silver oversleeves and yellow brass end crook; Interchangeable sterling silver leadpipe

Bell: 8 ½” diameter, yellow brass with sheet stem and unsoldered rim; “B” mandrel

Valve: Getzen PowerBore 2.0 conventional rotor with variegated rotor cap ring and domed bronze insert; Open wrap F attachment

Special Features: Singular patented Harmonic Pillar System including 2 pillars; “DS” yellow brass Edge Bracing; Asymmetrical bell section bracing system; Custom Reserve “Elk Head” bell engraving
