K-Line Truxton-E – Ash Body, Lollar ’52 Pickup, 6.8 lbs – Excellent Condition

For sale is a rare and unusual K-Line Truxton-E, essentially a high-end, hand-built offset Esquire with modern comfort features, including an arm contour and belly cut.

The guitar has a beautiful ash body with a striking natural grain pattern and weighs only 6.8 pounds, making it extremely comfortable to play.

Due to developing arthritis in my hands, it has spent most of its time stored in its case in a climate-controlled environment. I played it briefly when I first received it and again recently for the photos, so it is essentially unplayed during my ownership.

The guitar is in excellent overall condition. There is some very light playwear, a few small dings, and a minor finish defect along the lower edge of the bottom bout near the endpin. I have tried to show these areas in the photos. The darker streaks visible in the body are part of the natural ash grain and are not defects.
