The Amphion One18X is a two-way passive monitor engineered for transparent, reference-quality sound and pinpoint imaging. Featuring a time-aligned 6.5-inch aluminum woofer and ultra-low-distortion tweeter, this passive nearfield monitor delivers pristine sound. Instead of a ported cabinet, the One18X features a sealed cabinet with a passive radiator for smooth, natural low-end extension. With highly linear output, even at lower listening volumes, the One18X is perfect for creating mixes that translate accurately to any listening system.

TWO-WAY PASSIVE RADIATOR DESIGN

Thanks to its rear-mounted passive radiator, the One18X eliminates the turbulence associated with traditional ported cabinets. As the 6.5" aluminum woofer moves, the passive radiator mirrors its motion for controlled, even bass down to 39 Hz. This design minimizes the effects of placing your monitors near a wall, ensuring consistent low-end performance in any setup.

REMARKABLE PHASE COHERENCE AND PINPOINT IMAGING

In a two-way loudspeaker, perfect time alignment between drivers is the key to achieving accurate stereo imaging. The One18X sports a new tweeter design with a high-density waveguide for extended high-end all the way up to 55 kHz. The result is even dispersion, a wide sweet spot, and more accurate spatial imaging.

ALL-ANALOG, DSP-FREE DESIGN
