The Modular Fuzz is a high-end boutique fuzz pedal made in the USA, whose main distinguishing feature is its interchangeable analog module system. Instead of being limited to a single circuit, it allows you to easily replace the pedal's core with different modules that recreate the greatest fuzz classics: Fuzz Face Vintage, Fuzz Face Modern, Tone Bender MkII ("Page"), Big Muff Ram's Head ("Goat Head"), Modern Fuzz, and Modern Fuzz Deluxe. In addition, it features an extremely comprehensive 3-band parametric EQ, an independent octaver with a blend control that can also be used as a boost, and several internal controls for fine-tuning each module. The result is an exceptionally versatile pedal, capable of covering tones ranging from low-gain vintage fuzz to the most aggressive modern overdrives, while offering very precise EQ control to suit any guitar or amp. Built with true bypass and high-end components, it is often considered one of the most versatile fuzz pedals on the market.
