A rare 2008 gGibson J-60 Bone Crusher IIh has arrived in our used inventory.
It features a solid Adirondack red spruce top and sides and back made of solid Mystic rosewood, a rare wood.
The neck is made of mahogany, while the fingerboard and bridge are crafted from rosewood.
In addition to the powerful response and rich volume characteristic of its 25.5-inch long scale, this guitar offers a captivating, commanding sound that harmonizes the high responsiveness of Adirondack spruce with the deep bass and beautiful overtones of Mystic rosewood. It handles a wide range of playing styles, from fingerstyle to powerful strumming, and delivers exceptional projection and impact, particularly with flatpicking.
The Bone Crusher II is a rare model with a limited production run and scarce availability even on the used market. It is highly recommended for those seeking a Gibson that stands out from the crowd or a high-performance acoustic guitar built for serious playing. It is equipped with an LR Baggs Element pickup, and the label features the handwritten signature of Ren Ferguson, who led Gibsonfs Acoustic Division at the time.

It has undergone neck straightening, fret leveling, repair of two cracks at the top of the soundhole (including bonding and crack prevention), bridge re-gluing, and the replacement of one fret. There is a white line in the center of the back, though it has not progressed to a full crack.
While there are some dents and weather checking, the guitar has a well-worn look thatfs characteristic of a Gibson.
The string action is appropriate, making it easy to play, and the pickups function normally.

It comes with the original hard case and certificate of authenticity.
