Natural, hand carved spruce top, maple back and sides. All stock, has the original tailpiece, tuners and frets. The frets are in great shape. Has lively tone, easy action a bound top and sound hole. Funny, how great 100 year old Gibson mandolins sound. Back then it was called the Gibson Mandolin Guitar Company. An invoice from 2011 repairs show replaced missing lining pieces and a dot inlay. Otherwise no cracks or breaks. Comes with a newer hard shell case and the original case in need of repair. The original pickguard is also in there but is warped. A cool piece of American history.
