Up for sale is a vintage 1970s Ludwig 9x13 concert tom in the desirable Black Cortex finish with an original Blue & Olive badge. 6-ply shell (without reinforcement rings).
This is an original USA-made Ludwig drum featuring Classic lugs, triple-flanged hoop, and the original Ludwig concert tom clip mounting bracket.

Condition:
Overall, this drum is in very nice vintage condition. The Black Cortex wrap has a great shine with only light cosmetic wear from normal use. The chrome is bright and clean with typical age-related wear. The shell interior is clean, and the bearing edges are in good overall condition. The Remo batter head has normal stick marks from use.
