What you have here is a pretty, PRS-made tremolo in gold, generation III (3). (It was replaced by one in black as I am de-chroming that PRS.)
There are no blemishes, wear indications or damage. It functioned perfectly and tuning was always rock solid.
Original trem arm is included and mini allen wrench for the set screw adjustment. (Gen 3 knife edge mounting screws sold separately.)
