The Fender Made in Japan Traditional Late ’60s Jaguar brings together Fender’s legendary instrument-making heritage with the precision and craftsmanship of Japanese manufacturing.
This Late ’60s Jaguar features a gloss-finished basswood body, a comfortable U-shaped maple neck, and a 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 vintage-style frets, offering a classic Jaguar feel with modern playing comfort.
This model is a faithful reissue of the late 1960s Jaguar design, featuring a bound neck and block position inlays, details that were introduced on Jaguar models during the latter part of the ’60s. The combination of vintage styling and refined Japanese craftsmanship makes this an excellent choice for both Jaguar enthusiasts and players looking for a versatile offset guitar.
The guitar is equipped with Vintage-Style Single-Coil Jaguar pickups, delivering the bright, articulate, and distinctive Jaguar tone. The classic Jaguar switching system provides a wide range of sounds, from sharp and cutting bridge tones to warm and mellow rhythm circuit textures.
A 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Adjustable Bridge with Floating Tremolo Tailpiece provides authentic Jaguar feel while allowing expressive pitch modulation and classic Fender offset performance.
