65 Amps Colour Face Model Fuzz Effect (2010s), made in Hollywood, CA, serial # F-01160116, natural aluminum finish, aluminum enclosure.

The Colour Face by 65 Amps is a take on the classic Fuzz Face circuit, a two-knob Germanium fuzz beloved by hard rockers over the decades most notably beginning with Jimi Hendrix. There is a single toggle between "Stock" and "Mod" mode; in Stock mode, a more faithful recreation of the original Fuzz Face circuit in all its gainy glory. In Mod mode, 65 Amps modifies the circuit to a slightly milder, more refined fuzz that can be dialed back to achieve much of the same character with a tighter girdle on the gain and subsequent feedback. The board is populated with two matched new stock Germanium transistors among other higher-quality modern components.

Length is 7 in. (17.8 cm.), 5 1/2 in. (14 cm.) width, and 2 1/8 in. (5.4 cm.) deep.

This little fuzz is in overall great condition with just a few cosmetic scrapes and scuffs. It is all original and unmodified inside and out. One of the little plastic bump-ons on the bottom is missing. It does not come with its original box and runs off a standard 9V power supply. Excellent Condition.
