DESCRIPTION:
Zildjian K 18" Crash – Made in Canada is an extremely rare vintage cymbal produced during Zildjian’s transitional Azco era in Meductic, New Brunswick, Canada. Known for its distinctive “CANADA” roll-stamp, dating it back to the 70’s. Production utilised unique hand-hammering, delivering a dark, complex voice with unmistakable character.
This cymbal has a medium-low profile and a medium-thin weight, giving it a soft, buttery feel under the stick and a highly expressive response. When played, it opens up with a warm, smoky explosion and a complex, trashy wash that decays smoothly.
A great chance to own a one of a kind cymbal!
