Winfield Cyclone Head + Celestion Blue cab - all tube handmade in USA (hard to find & unplayed)

This is an incredibly hard to find handcrafted in the USA Winfield 15 Watt head+cabinet in beautiful green finish.

I purchased this beauty new and have not used it other than to test out on arrival.

It is one of the best sounding EL-84 low powered amps available. It's full-on British 60's tone, and sounds like a Marshall.

The Cyclone name is in honor of Buddy Holly's Ariel Cyclone motorcycle.

Controls include volume, tone, master and cut. It has an EF86 preamp, 12AX7 Phase inverter, two EL84s in Push-Pull configuration and a 5AR4 Rectifier.

Features include the great sounding legendary 12" Celestion G12 Alnico Blue Speaker and top of the line hand wired components. The Celestion Alnico Blue was featured in Vox AC30's and Marshall amps dating back to the 1950's. It is an exceptional speaker.

According to Celestion, "the Blue found favour with notable guitarists like Brian May due to its glorious dampened attack warm lows mellow upper-mids and brilliant bell-like top-end. When coupled with a suitable amplifier it evokes rich definition and develops beautiful musical compression when pushed. According to tone enthusiasts worldwide the Blue is the benchmark for guitar speaker perfection."
