This beautiful 1960 Gibson ES-140T 3/4 size guitar has a sunburst finish and is in very good condition. Considered by many to be a student model, it's a high-quality, fully functional hollow-body guitar.
Everything's original with the exception of the nut for the jack and the nut for the truss rod adjustment. It intonates accurately, plays easily and has plenty of fret life. There are some minor scratches and nicks on the body and neck. The finish still shines and shows lacquer checking on the body and on the front of the headstock. There is no evidence of any repair work. See photos. Electronics work perfectly. The original rosewood saddle along with the sweet sounding P-90 pickup result in a full, warm jazz tone. (And, yes, it will scream when pushed!) Original brown alligator-style soft-shell case is included.
