Boss Digital Delay DD-3 Blue Label Effects pedal in non-functioning condition. The unit powers on, but I'm not getting any signal to an amplifier.

"The Boss DD-3 Digital Delay 'Blue Label' (produced from the mid-1980s to early 1990s) is a highly collectible, vintage stompbox. Early 'Made in Japan' (MIJ) models feature the coveted 'long-chip' circuit (shared with the legendary DD-2), known for warmer, highly articulate digital repeats without clinical coldness."

Features:

• Delay Time Range - Exact time control spanning from 12.5 ms to 800 ms
• Delay Modes - Selected via the Mode knob, it divides the time into short (12.5–50 ms), medium (50–200 ms), and long (200–800 ms) ranges
• Hold Function - When set to "Hold," stepping on the pedal loops the delay sound indefinitely (essentially an early phrase sampler/looper)
• Effect Level - Controls the volume/mix of the delayed signal
• Feedback - Determines the number of repeats (from a single slapback to endless oscillation)
• Delay Time - Fine-tunes the exact millisecond length within the selected mode
• Mode - Switches between short, medium, long, and hold functions
• Features both a standard Output and a Direct Out jack, allowing you to split your wet and dry signals into two different amplifiers for a massive stereo soundscape
• Made in Japan - Product of Roland
