Original vintage Akai MPC2000 16-bit Drum Sampler / MIDI Production Center in good working condition.
The unit powers on, boots properly, and has been tested. The LCD display is bright and easy to read with a little discoloration from age, and the controls function as expected. This is the original MPC2000 (not the XL), famous for its classic workflow, rock-solid MIDI sequencing, and unmistakable sound that helped define countless hip-hop and electronic music productions.
Includes original operating manuals with updates and sample and sound library discs. I have not verified the contents of the disks.
