1984 Gibson EXP83 Explorer White w/ EMG 81 60 and Tone Pros
1984 GIbson Explorer - EXP83
SN: 81804629
This was recently refinished by Bravo Custom Guitars in Los Angeles, CA. They used an aged Gibson white with a nitro clear. The guitar was then sent to Carter Vintage Guitar in Nashville, TN where the former Head of Custom Shop at G&L Guitars, James Gay, refretted the guitar with Jescar .100 x .45 frets. (FW45100). He also installed a new bone nut, and setup the guitar to E Standard with 10-52 gauge strings.
The guitar as EMG 81 in the bridge and EMG 60 in the neck (original logo, but all quick connect). This features a Tone Pros bridge and tailpiece, chrome knobs, Schaller/Grover style strap lock buttons, and mini Grover tuners (which were the only original thing we kept on the guitar other than the back plates) All screws are new as well.
The original hardware/parts are NOT included.
This is is super cool. Comes with a brown Gibson USA case with a pink interior.
