Comes from smoke free, pet free home. kept in climate controlled room in case. Some light signs that it has been worn/played, on back. No cuts in finish or dings. Could use a nice polish/cleaning. Owner is a profesional level performing and recording musician that meticulously cares for his high end guitar collection. Guitar has been professionally set up and intonated. Frets show little to no sign of wear. Plays incredible. ready for the stage and rehearsal. All control knobs and electronics work perfectly as new. No dead spots on the fretboard at all when playing. Tuners turn smooth and evenly. Stays in tune great. I'd love to keep this part of my collection but simply dont use it anymore as I mainly plays my Les Pauls now in my band. This guitar is ready to rock out of the box. Plays like a dream. Burton would be proud! Case is in great condition with one small scuff on the bottom corner of case. Comes with all the original Fender certification/candy. Will be carefully and lovingly packaged.
