Kramer “The 84” Music Zoo Exclusive – Diver Down Graphic – Excellent Condition

Condition: Excellent

Finish: Diver Down Red with White Stripe

IMPORTANT SERIAL NUMBER INFORMATION

The serial number on this guitar begins with 1404. While standard-production Kramer serial numbers beginning with these digits typically indicate an April 2014 neck production date, this Music Zoo Exclusive “The 84” was officially assembled and released by Kramer/Gibson as part of the later limited production run (approximately 2021–2023).

For this exclusive model, Kramer utilized factory New Old Stock (NOS) maple necks originally manufactured in April 2014. This is a known characteristic of this limited Music Zoo run. This guitar is 100% factory original and is not a parts guitar or aftermarket build.

Description

Up for sale is my Kramer “The 84” Music Zoo Exclusive, finished in the iconic red and white Diver Down-inspired graphic. Produced as a limited Music Zoo dealer exclusive, this model combines one of the most recognizable guitar graphics of the ’80s with premium modern components and exceptional playability.

This guitar is in excellent condition, plays beautifully, and includes the original premium gig bag and original Floyd Rose tremolo arm.

At its heart is a Seymour Duncan JB bridge humbucker that delivers everything from classic Van Halen-inspired crunch to articulate hard rock and modern high-gain tones. The push/pull volume control provides a brighter, cleaner alternate pickup voice, making this an incredibly versatile guitar despite its unmistakably aggressive personality.

The lightweight alder body, fast Kramer K-Speed SlimTaper “C” maple neck, and Floyd Rose 1000 Series double-locking tremolo make this an effortless guitar to play whether you’re performing classic ’80s rock, shred, or modern metal.

These Music Zoo Exclusive models were produced in limited numbers and rarely appear on the used market. At the time of this listing, I am aware of only one other example currently being offered for sale, making this a difficult model to find and an excellent opportunity for both players and collectors.
