This is the exact same model that The Beatles used in the Cavern club.
It's in what it looks like, unused condition and works perfectly. I bought it a few years ago and have only used it very few times. The only thing missing is the little screw on the adapter (See picture), however its easily replaced and sits well without. The box has taken some damage over the years but is still intact.
