This Gibson Memphis ES-335 '63 Reissue is fitted with a matched pair of Tone Specific Bloombucker pickups — neck reading 7.34k, bridge at 8.28k — voiced to replicate the PAF-era character associated with the original '63 335. The semi-hollow 3-ply maple/poplar/maple body at 1 3/4" depth, combined with the 24.75" scale and slim rounded '60s C-shape mahogany neck, produces the tightly focused midrange and controlled bloom that makes this platform so versatile. The guitar is in excellent condition throughout: original sunburst finish, original binding, original hardware, and original pickguard all present and correct.

Gibson's Memphis ES-335 '63 Reissue targets the specific construction details of the early-'60s ES-335 — the period widely considered the peak of the model's original run. Key period-correct appointments here include the no-wire ABR-1 bridge, Kluson Deluxe tuners, pearl block inlays on a rosewood board, a nylon nut, 12" fretboard radius, and stop bar tailpiece in nickel. The slim '60s C-shape neck profile at .808" at the first fret and .992" at the twelfth targets the fast, shallow feel associated with that era rather than the chunkier '50s profiles Gibson has also reissued. These details collectively make this a faithful working reissue rather than a cosmetic tribute.

The Bloombucker pickups are aftermarket replacements — the original pickups are not included and are not available. Solder and wiring are also non-original, consistent with the pickup swap. All other hardware and electronics are original: pots, output jack, switch, switch tip, knobs, tuner screws, pickguard screws, bridge, saddles, and tailpiece. Frets are in very good condition with no repairs. The body has no repairs. There are no cracks, no refinish, no headstock repairs. A case is included; the case brand is unconfirmed but is noted as original to the guitar and in excellent condition. Documentation included.
