This is a very nice professional Yamaha YEP 642 silver plated 4 valve euphonium! Serial #102XXX. Made in Japan! This euphonium is pre Neo model and manufactured date based on serial is between 1995-2000. This euphonium has the side compensating valve. The plating on this euphonium is superb! Valves feel fantastic and slides move freely. The compression is fantastic! This wonderful pro euphonium has a few minor dents and some scratches as it’s used but nothing that takes away from the aesthetics or playability of this wonderful horn. The sound is simply incredible, this popular model projects a very dark mellow sound and is super easy to play from top to bottom! This horn comes complete with the original case in great shape with a minor crack on the outside which doesn’t affect anything. Also included is a Yamaha 48L mouthpiece! Satisfaction guaranteed!
