This is a dream guitar. Nice and loud with tons of bottom end and articulate highs. A very balanced sound. This thing has volume in spades!

This model is no longer available as Martin is only making the D-18 1939 Authentic which is going for $7500 plus tax. Of course they still make the regular production D-18 but that's a big step down from this one.

The neck on this is called a Modified V profile which is chunkier than modern Martin necks. It feels really good in the hand. Best neck profile in my opinion. 

Also comes with the Martin / Geib vintage style case.
