Vintage Gibson ES-175D in Sunburst finish made in 1979 with Gibson Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a double bound hollow maple back & sides body with an arched maple top, 3-Piece maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with it‘s original set of Gibson patent stamp humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions dating to October 11th 1979. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of its original CTS pots dating to the 34th week of 1979. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid split parallelogram inlays and black side markers with 20 vintage frets on a 12" radius with a slim taper profile. The hardware is comprised of Gibson/ Schaller "Flower" stamp tuning machines with keystone heads, a corian nut, a Gibson rosewood base Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge with a reproduction trapeze tailpiece and black witch hat knobs with a 5 ply black on white pickguard.
