Up for sale is a killer 1960 Gibson Melody Maker Single Cut, 100% original and in very good condition. These early single-cut Melody Makers have become seriously cool vintage Gibsons—lightweight, resonant, and full of character.Feel free to reach out with questions!
This one has typical honest wear for a 1960 instrument, but no cracks and no issues. It plays great and has a surprisingly big voice. Plugged into a Marshall, this guitar absolutely comes alive—raw, punchy, and much bigger sounding than you would expect from a Melody Maker.
The frets show only very light wear on the first few frets, with plenty of life left. The guitar remains fully original and is a great example for players and collectors alike.
The original case is included. The case is pretty beat up, but it’s there and still part of the guitar’s history.
A fantastic vintage Gibson with tons of vibe, great playability, and a huge sound.

I specialize in selling pre-owned guitars, which typically show signs of regular use. My commitment to quality is unwavering, and I ensure that any guitar I offer for sale is free from problems, unless explicitly mentioned. With a history of selling guitars dating back to the 1980s, I pride myself on selecting only the finest instruments.
It's important to understand that our shipping fees encompass more than just the cost of the box. I guarantee professional packaging using UPS-approved materials to safeguard your purchase. This typically includes new, heavy-duty boxes rated at 275lbs, 3-inch wide brown fiberglass reinforced tape, ensuring the guitar is well-protected. Additionally, every guitar shipped is fully insured for its sale price.
The guitars are set up according to my personal preferences (Medium Height), and I strictly avoid guitars with neck issues. However, guitar setup is highly subjective, and it is advisable to have it adjusted by a trusted local technician who understands your specific playstyle and preferences.
