This is a spare replacement woofer for an Amphion One18 or Two18 (may be compatible with X series as well, I'm not sure).
Recently tested and confirmed fully functional. It is effectively unused - I had some extra spare parts as back up and ended up selling the monitors.
(The white plastic pieces around the edge in the photo are removable and just for packing).
