Up for sale is a 2006 Tom Anderson Guitarworks Cobra S in the stunning Sweet & Sour Sauce Red Burst with binding. Excellent and not just for its age but let’s say very good condition.
There‘s a ding on the back I circle.
This is a high-end boutique build featuring a flamed maple top on mahogany, shorty scale (24 3/4”), and the classic Anderson Even Taper neck — fast, comfortable, and extremely dialed-in. I believe this is the last year the even taper was available on a Cobra.
Condition is excellent to near mint. There are only very light, hard-to-see polish swirls consistent with minimal handling — nothing that shows in photos. It presents beautifully.

If you were to order something comparable today, you’d be well into the $5K+ range.
